Returns and exchanges-see item details for return and exchange availability. In general, a personalized item cannot be returned. If you receive an item and are not satisfied with it, I can return as long as the item is in the original condition.

Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase unless item has been already shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping-

Do you accept custom orders, and can you match my colors?

I'm not currently taking custom orders for totally new designs.

Can you rush my order or do overnight delivery?

I don't do anything overnight delivery. I might be able to do priority express in the U.S. (one to two day delivery) for certain items, but it's expensive and I don't guarantee delivery times since that's out of my control. If you need something fast please contact me before placing the order, or I may have to cancel if I can't fill it within the time frame you need it.

How long does it take for you to put my order in the mail?

I ship packages Monday through Friday or Saturday. I try to ship as quickly as possible. Some things I have ready-made like bookmarks and can ship quicklu. Other items are made to order depending on the cost of that item and personalization.

Are VAT taxes and import fees included in the price?

I currently only ship to the US=lower 48 only.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

It depends on what class of mail that you select at checkout. The only guaranteed method is 1-2 day priority express mail, everything else is estimated times. Goimagine and USPS tracking provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. I can't emphasize this enough, if you have less than a week before you need the item for US customers, DO NOT ORDER unless you're willing to take a chance on the estimates being correct. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control. I don't guarantee that anything will be received on specific dates.

My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns os theft in your area.
